Item 1:Before deciding on joining us for Jay Peak - please check your schedule carefully. Once payment is made, you have expressed your intent on coming on this ski trip and there will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that we need time to finalize ALL details with transportation arrangements with your ski packages at Jay Peak.
Item 2:In the event a person needs to be replaced (up until December 23, 2023), the best option is to do a DIRECT replacement yourself. Just e-mail us with the replacement's name and have that person sign up with all their own information. The replacement person will then pay you directly. Payment can not go through us.
Effective December 24, 2023, any replacements will be charged a $50 administrative fee (A medical note may be required). You must let us know since we need to co-ordinate the changes with the border and Jay Peak. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.Item 3:There are some circumstances when a partial refund will be offered e.g. cancellation of rentals. For cancellations of this nature, there will be a minimum administrative charge of $10 per refund processed by EMT. This is to help discourage the numerous people who are signing up for rentals etc. and then cancelling at the last minute.
Item 4:If you sign up for Jay Peak - it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the ID you carry is sufficient to bring you across the US Border. We will NOT offer any refunds to individuals who are left behind at the border and you will be required to arrange your own transportation home at your expense.
