Accommodations
This year, we are very excited to offer the following condos : "Stateside Hotel", "Lodge and Mountain Townhomes (Timberline)", "Hotel Jay", "Tram Haus Lodge", "Slopeside", "Trailside" and "Village". Jay Peak has shuttle service to get you to the lifts or back home after a day of skiing (if required).Stateside Hotels are the newest addition to our block of rooms. Each room has 2 queen beds, 1 mini fridge and coffee maker. The hotel has 2 shared outdoor hot tubs!! Breakfast included (Sat/Sun)
Timberline Townhomes are the newest addition to our block of rooms. These townhomes are similar to the new Golf Cottages where they are multi-level and close to the Village lifts.
Hotel Jay is located right at the waterpark and automatically includes your waterpark access (Sat and Sun). We have hotel, studio, one, two and three bedroom condo's. Only the hotel room will not have cooking facilities.
Tram Haus Lodge is the closest accommodation to the Tram and most lifts. This hotel connects indoor to the Cafeteria. It also connects underground to the waterpark, Pumphouse. Rooms offered are Studio (max 4), 1 Bedroom (max 4), 2 Bedrooms (max 6) and 3 Bedroom (max 8). In each of the units, there is a DOUBLE sofa couch. So if you choose to maximize the room capacity, you are allocating 2 people on the sofa couch. The studio comes with a kitchenette, the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom come with a full kitchen.
Slopeside condos accommodate 6 people however we do have a limited number of rooms that can accommodate 7 people. All rooms have TWO BEDROOMS!! The layout of these chalets has two bedrooms with a pull out couch. They come with a fire place, TV, VCR, full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, washer & dryer. Note: Slopeside units only have 1 washroom.
Trailside accommodates 6-9 people. These condos are very spacious as well and are about 5 minutes to the main lifts.
Village accommodate the larger groups. We have 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom condos with the 5 bedroom accommodating to 14 people.
Please Note: The assignment of accommodations are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the room leader signs up, they have one week (or the payment deadline date - whichever comes first) to pay their sign up amount. The payment is non-refundable. The rest of the sign ups and payments should be made before the payment deadline date. This will deter people from signing up for a room and then cancelling at the payment deadline date without any commitment. If payment is not received within one week, the room maybe cancelled without notice.

Membership fee is an additional $10.
Note: for Hotel Jay, Waterpark is included only for Sat and Sun. It is an additional $32 per person to add the Waterpark for Friday. Everyone in the room must choose the same option. Email me to add.
