With some of our smaller trips (Killington, Smuggs and Tremblant in March), filling up a bus to the required numbers can be an issue. There is no guarantee that a bus will go. It will depend on getting the required numbers.
Below is the process that will be implemented.
Once a room has all their payments and sign ups, please email us and they will be allocated to Bus 1. When Bus 1 is full, we will start to add to Bus 2. Bus 2 will go only if we get at least 50 people. If Bus 2 fills, then we will start filling Bus 3 and so on.
Here are the options if the bus does not go:
1) The room can have the option to drive (there is a driving discount on the sign up page)
2) If they do not want to drive, then full refunds will be provided (1 EMT sent per room).
3) Everyone on the last bus can pay an additional amount to cover the cost of the bus. This was implemented at Smuggs 2014 where 30 people paid extra.
NOTE: By signing up and paying by the deadline date does NOT guarantee bus space. Bus space is only determined by the above requirements.
