Please Note the following Early Check-In(ECI)/Late Check-Out(LCO)procedures BEFORE you sign up for a trip.By officially registering for a trip, you are acknowledging that you accept the terms outlined here in regards to all ECI/LCO procedures.
All ECI/LCO rooms are assigned directly by the resort and are BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Please do not ask for an ECI/LCO room through us or the resort - we CAN NOT arrange this.

Please Note:If you are assigned an ECI room, this is beyond our control as well and you can not refuse to have an ECI room and you can not deny entry of other guests.
Your room will be used to store luggage when we arrive at the resort, until the other guests have their own rooms ready. Please be courteous to guests staying in the ECI rooms and leave the rooms tidy and neat.
Every attempt will be made to arrange for additional space to store luggage, such as meeting rooms or living room areas. Similarly, if you are assigned a LCO room, this is BEYOND OUR OR YOUR CONTROL and you CAN NOT deny entry to guests that have been assigned to store luggage in your room on Sunday.
Some resorts have very limited space and we completed rely on LCO rooms for luggage storage (ie there is no meeting rooms etc.).
PLEASE NOTEthat to be considerate of guests staying in LCO rooms, you can start moving luggage in at 9:00am on Sunday morning. So guests who are assigned to be a LCO room can expect people to start moving luggage at 9:00am on Sunday.
For guests wishing to hit the slopes earlier, there will be an alternate location to store luggage. 11:00am is CHECK OUT TIME for ALL GUESTS.
At 11:00am, all LCO rooms become official DC Events Storage rooms and guests can and will use these rooms for luggage storage and possibly showers etc. These rooms will NOT be locked and/or guests will be able to access all LCO rooms with a key from front desk.
