No, we call ourselves "Social Event Coordinators". As a participant of this trip, you are essentially paying us for our social event coordination services - which includes the transportation to and accommodations at our social event destination.

We do not publicly advertise our trips - other than through people we know. To join our trips, you must be referred by someone we know and trust. Since this is a private event, we retain the right to refuse any person or persons from participating in our social trips. Individuals who have a history of prior misconduct, or at any time during our trips - demonstrate a lack of responsibility, will not be permitted to participate in our social trips.

Please note that under no circumstances do we tolerate inappropriate behaviour, vulgar or racist language or any other type of misconduct. We reserve the right to refuse any person or persons to board the bus to or from the ski resorts if we feel that they may be endangering the other passengers or their comfort level at any time. We take this matter very seriously and have enforced this rule in the past. In the event of these circumstances, NO REFUNDS WILL be given.

Our number one priority is the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If you may be someone who does not fit our "typical" guest profile (safe and law abiding!), we ask you to kindly refrain from signing up for our trips.
