How Do I Reserve a Spot? FULL payment for this social event must be received by November 25, 2023. Please note that your spot on this social event is not guaranteed until full payment and signups are received for your ENTIRE room. To pay for this social event, here are TWO options. Please include all the userid's (numerical) for everyone you are paying for. Social Event Payment Information Sign up and Payment Due Date : Novemnber 25, 2023 Option 1: EMT - Email Money Transfer. Please send EMTs to paydcevents@gmail.com Note: DC Events is on auto deposit which means you may not need to set a question and answer and the funds will be automatically deposited to the bank account. If you are required to set a question and answer, please use the procedures below. You must set the answer to the word: social

1.  (all in lower case) - Do not put the word social in the question.
2. Please include in the notes the trip you are paying for (ie. Jay Peak) and your userid

Option 2: PayPal.

2. Note, you must include an additional $40 per person if you choose to pay by PayPal. This is due to the service charge we incur in accepting payments from PayPal.

What is the cost of this trip? The cost of Jay Peak 2023 is *$485.00 CAD. This includes the following - 3 ALL-DAY lift tickets, 2 nights accommodation in 2 bedroom condo at Slopeside, return transportation, all taxes, tips and gratuities. *Please note: The Social Event price of $485 will go up or down depending on the accommodation you choose and how many people staying in the room. * $10 Membership fee is additional *This price does not include: rentals, food or other incidental costs. * If you are paying by US dollars, please e-mail us for the current exchange rate. Medical Insurance For your safety and protection, we are offering the purchase of Medical Insurance for the weekend. (Pricing on the sign up form)
