How Do I Reserve a Spot?
FULL payment for this social event must be received by November 14, 2023. Your spot on this social event is not guaranteed until full fees are received for your entire room.
To pay for your social event, here are TWO options. Please include all the userid's for everyone you are paying for.
Social Event Payment Information:
Option 1: EMT - Email Money Transfer. Please send EMTs to paydcevents@gmail.com
Note: DC Events is on auto deposit which means you may not need to set a question and answer and the funds will be automatically deposited to the bank account. If you are required to set a question and answer, please use the procedures below.
You must set the answer to the word: social (all in lower case) - Do not put the word social in the question.
Please include in the notes the trip you are paying for (ie. Tremblant) and your userid
Option 2: PayPal

Note: You must include an additional $35 per person if you choose to pay by PayPal. This is due to the service charge we incur in accepting payments from PayPal.
What is the cost of this trip?
The cost of Tremblant 2023 is *$420 (2-day lift package) or *$500 (3-day lift package) (Based on having 6 people in a 1 bedroom condo. Price increases depending on the hotel, room and how many in the room)
The price of Tremblant 2023 includes the following:
- Return transportation from Toronto to Tremblant
- 3 days, 2 nights accommodation in a luxurious resort condo, located in the heart of Tremblant's Village
- 0, 1, 2 or 3 all-day lift tickets
- Use of hotel spa facilities or La Source Spa for guests staying at loft hotels
- Gratuities for the bus driver
- Membership fee is additional
Please note: the price of $360/$425 is based on max occupancy of 6 in a 1 bedroom condo. We now offer a NO SKI package (discount $100) and a 1 Day Ski Package (discount $45). Currently we have 8 person (2 bedroom) and 6 person (1 bedroom) rooms available. We also have 2 person private hotel rooms and 6 person loft rooms available. We are offering again this year guests to stay at the Gold Property Ermitage du Lac or Sommet des Neiges for an additional cost. See accommodations page for more details.

This price does not include rentals, food, entertainment or other incidental costs.
Medical Insurance
