Cancellation Policy

Please thoroughly and carefully check your personal schedule before deciding to go on this trip. There are no refunds.

What If I Have to Cancel?

There are no refunds for this trip. Once you have signed up and paid, you have committed to go on this trip.

In the event you can not make this trip, we will allow you to to do a DIRECT replacement yourself at no additional charge (before December 1, 2018). That way, we do not need to get involved with payment.

What this means is, you must find the replacement person. We can not be involved with putting a stranger into a room with the rest of your friends.

  • E-mail us with the replacement’s name and e-mail address
  • Once set up with an account, have the replacement person SIGN UP on our website. You are responsible for directing them through this.
  • The replacement person will pay you directly.
  • Payment can not go through us.
  • This person will assume your entire package including insurance, rentals etc.
  • In the event the person does not need rentals, insurance etc. there will be a $10 processing fee for each refund cheque issued. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding in this matter.

Remember that all replacement people MUST READ AND AGREE to the waiver form, as well as fill out the sign up page for the trip – otherwise, they will not be permitted to join us on this trip. This is especially for their own safety!!

The deadline to do a direct replacement at no additonal charge is midnight on December 1, 2020. After this date, a $25 admin fee will apply for each replacement made. We will NOT allow any more changes or replacements 2 days before the trip.

Is it Possible to Get a Refund for Rentals etc.?

If you decide to cancel your rentals, insurance etc. after you have already paid, we can offer you a refund on these cancelled items less a $10 processing fee for each refund cheque issued.
